A new software subscription should solve a problem you can name. Before comparing features, choose one real task and define what a useful result looks like. “Be more productive” is too broad; “export this report in under ten minutes without retyping customer data” is something you can test.
Read the current export, cancellation and access terms. Ask whether the business can keep its work if the subscription ends, whether another person can administer the account and whether the tool needs information that should not leave the organization. Use a small, non-sensitive example and compare the result and time required with the current method.
MoonBytesTech’s contribution is a decision record: task, expected result, test data, time, export path and stop condition. This is an original checklist, not a product endorsement or an affiliate review. A service provider can help document the workflow, but the final purchase decision belongs to the business.
